I get sound when I try to play a video in the browser, but I don't get any video playback. A lot of the time, I just get a spinning circle or whatever "processing/wait" icon the video player uses. I am running FF 33 for Android on an LG Optimus G Pro. I have Ghostery and AdBlock Plus installed, but Ghostery is disables, because it's practically unusable on this phone.

Hi osonegro, Thank you for your question, I understand that when you play a video that there is no video playback.

Please try to disable Ad Block to make sure that the video is not blocked. Please also provide a test site where this video playback is having troubles. Does this also happen in fullscreen? Play videos full screen on Firefox for Android

It does have full screen playback, but it does not fix the problem. I tried disabling Adblock Plus, but nothing changed. I tried deleting all app data and the cache for FF, and nothing worked. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling FF, but I still have the same problem. So, with, or without, add-ons, I can't play embedded video in websites using FF (on my LG Optimus G Pro running Android 4.4.2)

Is it a Flash video? as you likely need the old Flash 11.1 plugin from Adobe.
