Hi,

this is my crash-ID: bp-35f6458a-0d21-49ec-af58-6adbd2140918

I can't open Firefox at all. Even uninstalling and deleting everything from Mozilla in the AppData-folder doesn't help.

Probably this happended because I updated Firefox via a separate MSI-installer. It's not an option to reinstall Windows again just to make it possible to run Firefox. There must be a cleaner way to remove everything Firefox installs.

I've found a solution to this by myself:

Issue is similar to this and this brought me to my solution. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1063052

Uninstalling Firefox leaves out about 50MB of files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\

Deleting these and installing Firefox as new helped. I shouldn't trust the uninstaller the next time.
