Hello I use Thunderbird on Android before, and now how can I synchronize data on Thunderbird for Windows?

BTW, the reason why I need to do this is, recently I found the Android terminal just did not show new mails even if I refresh it manually. I also need this help though.

I attached a 9 mb html file to an email and sent it. In sending it was broken up into 10 different emails.. In receiving it, I found 10 emails and don't know what to do with them. I selected all 10, and there appeared a window with the word "archive" . Which I clicked and now all 10 email are in a subfolder named Archives.. I still don't know what to do with them in order to join them together into the original readable file.

Would appreciate some suggestions...

I am using the Thunderbird software (140.7.1esr 64-bit) for mail merge purposes on a Windows 11 operating system. However, when I start the mail merge process, it begins initially but then automatically disconnects before completing the task.

Due to this issue, I am unable to complete the mail merge properly. Kindly look into this problem and provide a solution as soon as possible.

hello, i cannot seem to find a solution online, hopefully someone here can help.

i often receive emails with images attached, and most of the time people don't resize the image. so you can imagine over time this all adds up. i dont always need to keep a 6mb image versions. i would love if there is a way to resize the email image attachment, to at least still have a smaller copy for refence, but not end up with a huge email account (local/pop3)

preferably a one click solution, or even a routine i can run on the file system, etc.

I deleted my Thunderbird account and created a new one on the same computer. I used a Profile saved on my external hard drive. The address book info was replicated. The hierarchy of folders and their emails were not replicated in the left hand pane. Is there a way to retrieve those folders with their content? Please, I am not super techno-savvy, so take me step by step. Thank you.

I newly installed Thunderbird 148 on a Windows 11 laptop (after uninstalling a previous installation under a different user). I connected to a Yahoo Mail account and downloaded all the emails from the Yahoo inbox.

Emails with attachments (.pdf and .docx) visible online in Yahoo Mail do not include these attachments when downloaded to Thunderbird.

1. Some messages come to my mobile devices but not to my Mac. 2. I watch a message down load but it doesn't end up in my inbox or junk folder. 3. Junk folder says there are 14 messages in it, but when I open it, it's empty. 4. Yes, I'm up to date with Thunderbird. Also, the Mac is up to date. Problem began before latest updates. I have shut down the Mac. I have quit the Thunderbird application. No improvement. 5. I use Comcast for my ISP.

I access Thunderbird through AOL. I have a completely separate yahoo email account which I do not access with Thunderbird. Do I need to do anything with respect to the new "authorization protocol known as OAuth2 with PKCE"?

Since the 26th of Feb. my thunderbird stopped downloading emails from any of my GMail accounts. I've accessed the email and i have a bunch of new emails there but for some reason they are not transferred to thunderbird anymore. I'm think i've installed a new thunderbird version around that time but im not really sure if that was the cause.

Also, no error message appears. it just says no new emails.

Already cleared the login details and logged again, still same issue. I'm using pop connection.

Rookie move. I deleted a calendar (not realizing that by deleting the calendar, which I didn't use, I was deleting all of my tasks).

Is there a way to restore the calendar?

I was using MS outlook and recently I could not connect. Apparently ATT made a change so that instead of a password you need a Secure email Key. Since I needed to make a change I thought I'd try Thunderbird mail, but I still need the KEY. After a number of efforts with the ATT AI and human support people I could not find where the Key is entered on ATT. Now I know this forum is about Thunderbird and not ATT, but there must be Thunderbird users that have ATT and have made a seccussful connection. There are a few ATT help pages that outline how to do this, but each time I look at my ATT profile I can not find where to enter the Secure Mail Key. Is there anyone that can help me with this? I can't get messages from my Thunderbird account. When I click "Get messages" nothing happens and it usually says "Done" on the bottom left corner. I have to use my domain's webmail account to get my e-mail and it only allows me to read it and delete junk.

I really would love to have my Thunderbird account working again as soon as possible.

I received an email with 7 attachments. 2 of the attachments had similar filenames (not identical). When I selected "Save All" the 2 similar filenames were not saved. See screenshots for details
