Hi, Please, with thunderbird for Android on my Samsung s21, i would like to unify all my emails on a unic inbox Windows. I have allready check the unify fonction in the "parameters". But i don't have any result. On the my computer, everything is ok. But i don't succeed on my phone... I hope you are understanding my question cause my english is horrible. Thank's in advance. Best

How do i manage my folders such as addition, renaming and delete folders?

Additionally, i would appreciate the possibility to undo the swipe. For example, if the wrong message has been moved to Trash.

Im on thunderbird version 13.0 and no matter what i do i can't get folders to show. For the gmail account there is no problem but for my work domain i deleted, an dmconfigure with QR code, manually, uninstalled the app. I can't get it right. On my desktop thunderbird works everything fine. It used to work on mobile but for tha last month atleast i cant get it to work. Thank you

I recently set up unified mailbox for all my email accounts under manage folders. I activated it for Inbox, sent, and trash but when I go to the unified folder it only show inbox not sent or trash folders. Why? The inbox folder portion is dispalying all messages by color code correctly.

I am using TB mobile version 13.0

Today I am not able to send emails on my phone. Even a simple test msg is met with an alert and an email in the outbox. I have restarted the phone, and also cleared Thunderbird app cache and forced stop. I still get it. I sent emails last night no problem. I am able to send emails using domain webmail and desktop Thunderbird application. This is only on mobile android version 14. Thunderbird 11.1

I have many emails oi my phone and I want to delete 80% of them. How do I do this other than 1 by 1?

Even by date would be okay I guess.

I recently downloaded my favourite email client, Thunderbird, from Play Store into my Moto G Plus phone and am using an IMAP connection to my server. I found that I cannot insert an inline image, e.g. a graphic signature, in this app. I tried many indirect ways to do it but no luck.

I think this should be a basic feature.

I have over 1000 emails. how can I delete them but only up to the last say 30 days so I still have them. Or select certain batches of emails to delete, not 1 by 1 as it is now? Thanks

The current implementation of push notification in Thunderbird keeps a persistent connection to the email servers and consumes a lot more battery/compute.

An alternative idea that is used by some other projects like Bitwarden is a push notifications relay. https://bitwarden.com/help/configure-push-relay/

1. A service running not on the phone keeps a connection open to the email servers. This can be a discrete application and it can optionally be bundled into Thunderbird desktop.

2. A website similar to push.bitwarden.com where users can generate "proxy" tokens for the real push tokens for their installations or maybe we can share the original push token directly instead of relaying notifications through thunderbird infra? I will prefer the latter but I have not thought about the security considerations of exposing the real push notification token

3. The discrete application or Thunderbird desktop can send a message to GCM/APM using the token when they receive an email.

This is the only blocker for me in adopting thunderbird on android and I really want to do it but immediate push notifications that don't impact battery/compute are a priority for me.

I have Thunderbird desktop. I love it! I recently downloaded Thunderbird mobile. I'm having a problem syncing them. My personal folders don't show on Thunderbird mobile. Please help!

Iam unable to find how/where to create additional folders. With desktop version I have created a number of folders. I like organize and segregate my emails into various groups. Especially the ones I choose to preserve rather than delete.

No matter what I do, Thunderbird refuses to push my imap email. I keep missing several important emails. Outlook, Spark both work fine but I hate the ads. Please help me figure out what's wrong. This makes the client unusable.

There are certain emails that I get that in the email list display that show escaping HTML instead of data that would be human readable.

Its not all emails but it seems to be emails that maybe also have an image in the body of the email right away that is perhaps in a specific format that it happens.

I will attach screenshots. Target will be my example.

Running 11.0b3 on Android 11.

When I open a message I am no longer able to click at the bottom of the message to "Download complete message". This has been happening for a couple of beta releases now. I guess that this is only a problem when using the navigation buttons but although I use gestures on my tablet, I don't like them on my phone.
