Hi, Firefox opens a new tab every time I minimise it and reopen it, this is especially irritating when I’ve minimised to check something on another app and I land on a new tab and have to keep going back to the previous one manually!

When I glance away then tap to wake up phone the browser pops a new tab which is frustrating-to the point I am ready to use something else on my phone if I can't downgrade the browser version. I need to know how to downgrade because my browser is now not a joy to use. Note, I did not change my browser settings-it was the last simple update that broke it.

Each time I leave then return to the Firefox app (not closing the window, just jumping to another app, then returning) a new tab opens. This started happening in the past week. Was fine prior.

I recently got Firefox for my iPad Pro. Anytime i scroll down on a website, the tab bar is gone. Going upwards to find it is a total hassle and workflow killer. Often times it goes into the notifications menu. Is there any way of disabling this feature and to have the tab bar show up permanently? I just want to be able to switch between multiple tabs easily.

Since the latest update, the tab bar will not and can not be made visible. This looks to be the case when the home page setting is “open new tab after 4 hours idle” option. You start the app in iOS, it shows the home page, but you can’t get the tabs bar to become visible by scrolling up or down. I’ve only gotten it to work by exiting the app and then reopening it.

This problem hasn’t been an issue in the past but now, whenever I click any link on any website, it automatically opens a new link and doesn’t show that the link was opened. I am on an iPad Pro 12.9inch for reference. It’s getting frustrating because I will click the link and nothing will happen and its not until I scroll up and expand tabs at the top of the screen that I see all the tabs that were opened bc of me clicking that link. Any ideas how to stop this?

Since appkes new update i want to know why you are saying privicey is a top prioritey when in fact you are sending my web brousing clicks to several ad companys and also to google and to facebook ? This includes sll MY infornation ????? When us this crap going to stop ?? I want my info secure u wsnt my web activitru secure if your company is forearding this information then they are paying u for it which means you are selling my info ??! Where is my kickback for selling my information ??? If you need photos I have them . I want you to QUIT using my info and MY clicks and you do NOT HAVR MY PERMISSION TO USE SHARE OR CONTACT MY IP ADDRESS yes you are contacting my ip WHY ? Facebook does this to ..
