I am failing to download brokerage statements from the E-Trade Brokerage internet site.

I have enclosed what appears on the screen when I double click the 'Account Statement, for July, on the E-Trade Brokerage internet site: 'Download failed"

What can I adjust to download these E-Trade account statements ?

Hello and good day! In attempting to login to chase.com, it keeps telling me that my Firefox browser needs to be updated every time I login. How can I tell if I have the latest version? Thank you!

turned on computer and firefox completely wiped out, apparently all this sponsored by firefox....had to start all over again and install "new" firefox...all bookmarks wiped and no way to to go back to old way or to find and transfer my MANY book marks.. what the heck is going on?!?!?! .any help appreciated!!! I have a Firefox account on an old laptop, which has all my passwords in it! But the laptop "died" and I now have another one which I am trying to reinstall! I thought all my passwords etc were safe and that I could recover them on my new machine once I had loaded Firefox, but passwords do not appear in the privacy and security section. Can I get all my old info back please and if so how? Many thanks Michele

I did a clean install of Windows 7 on a new SSD drive. I transferred all the Mozilla/Firefox files (ver. 103) to new Windows 7 install. Appdata\Local, Appdata\Roaming, Application Data including profiles,chrome CSS. New Firefox has larger/wider tabs and the collapsible sidebar does not work, why?

Bookmarks and passwords have not been affected. Is this site data that may or may not be able to recovered? ... I am semi-proficient in finding folders, files and such....Thanks

Right after I open or save an attachment from Yahoo Mail while using Firefox, Yahoo Mail closes all of a sudden. This just started happening about 2 months ago, in June this year. I don't think I changed any settings.

When I hit the install the extension button on the screen nothing happens

I did check to see if this extension was in the Mozilla Firefox extension library and no success

I can make this work with Google Chrome but I would prefer to stick with Firefox Chris Gullett - cg@printstar.biz

A few weeks ago, every time I downloaded an attachment from Gmail, I would tell Firefox where to put the file, but I would always get an extra copy in my Downloads folder that I would have to delete.

About 4 weeks after that (after a Firefox update, I think), Firefox stopped doing this unwanted behavior.

Now (after a recent update, I think), it started doing it again.

Why is it doing this? How do I get it to stop this unwanted behavior?

I Just upgraded to 103.2, When I start FF It starts with all my bookmarks pw mgr etc and I can browse to my hearts content . I use Thunderbird mail client If I click on a link for a site with a stored pw in FF password manager now I get a clean new window which has no bookmarks and no saved passwords for anything. How can you help me?

my old computer died and got a new one. I signed in Firefox but I don't know how to transfer all of the bookmarks and saved toolbars from the old computer. Unfortunately, I'm not able to turn on the old computer anymore so I was wondering if there is a way to retrieve this info.

Firefox has been my browser for years, but today I cannot bring up google e-mail. Google new is not a problem. The connection for google e-mail has been lost. How can I reset it?

M FF is really messed up. Too many pages do no appear correctly. I am not savvy and do not want to mess around. I would rather find which files to save for passwords and bookmarks and do an uninstall and a clean reinstall. If anyone is kind enough to give me a step by step on how do do this. Firstly which files do I save fore mym bookmarks and passowrd, after I have those files I guess I can uninstall and reinstall then replace those. Thanks

Does anybody know when Ubuntu will get an automatic update to Firefox 103.0.2? My Firefox is still on version 103.0. I see that I can build version 103.0.2, but I'm not sure how to port over my old data to the new installation (extension settings, history, etc). Is it just a matter of copying over the files in the directory specified in Troubleshooting Information/Application Directory? Does anybody know when Firefox will allow me to just automatically update (without having to install another version at a different location) for Ubuntu?
