Whenever there's audio playing, such as in a Youtube video, there's also a faint continuous high pitched noise as well. This issue isn't present in other browsers, is there any way i could fix this?

MY FIREFOX IS HAVING AUDIO ISSUES. THE VOLUME INCREASES BY ITSELF IT HAPPENS USUALLY IF I ENTER OR EXIT FULL SCREEN MODE, OR IF THE VIDEO OR MOVIE STOPS TO BUFFER FOR A MOMENT IT WILL COME BACK ON AT 3 OR 4 TIMES THE VOLUME. ITS A IRRITATING REGULAR OCCURRENCE. IVE TRIED SETTINGS, AND UPDATES BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO FIX IT. IT SEEMS TO HAPPEN ON ANY WEBSITE I USE. (YOUTUBE, SEVERAL MOVIE WEBSITES AND CARTOON WEBSITES. ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS AND ITS VERY FRUSTRATING. I HAVE TO CONSTANTLY READJUST IT IN AND OUT OF ALMOST EVERYTHING I WATCH. HOW DO I FIX THIS ?

Hello. uz vase roka mi plays videos without sound on Facebook. I tried to figure out why in the settings, but I failed. on other sites, the sound works. what could be the problem?

В Firefox резко пропал звук везде, в ютубе, на сайтах с сериалами и тд, я проверил и в настройках Windows и в настройках Firefox но ничгео не помогло и самое главное что везде на компьютере звук работает кроме всего что в Firefox

No audio in browser, audio works fine in other browsers, my headphones work fine, my button is not muted. I had to switch to Chrome because of this issue. Tried looking for all possible audio settings but nothing fixes the problem. Everything is like it is suppose to be. Even tried reinstaling mozila firefox - it didn't help. Thanks for help. Saša

For some reason since yesterday, my shortcut on my keyboard (FN+F7) is no longer playing or pausing videos on Firefox. It still works for everything else, so I feel I may have accidentally done something to stop this from working. Any help would be mightily appreciated.

Hi, after my firefox updated the media buttons from my keyboard only seem to work intermittently with it.

At the moment they don't work when firefox is minimized, but yesterday they didn't work when maximised either.

No problems in Chrome or local media players.

media.hardwaremediakeys.enabled is set to 'true' in about:config

I am currently listed as on version 152.0.3, 64 bit windows.

I use eBird extensively. When I try to play the audio (with sonograms), I get a message that says "We are still processing this file. Try again later". These files perform well on my Android phone, so I know it it is not eBird's glitch. I am confused about the setting options on Firefox that I need to set. These files are usually .wav format. I have tried to open a ticket with eBird, but have not had a response. Can you guide me? Thanks.

Audio is not working in my firefox browser. i am using Windows 10 laptop. tried all troubleshooting options, uninstalled and reinstalled firefox application . But the issue exists. Can anyone help to fix this audio issue in my browser?

For the last maybe 2 weeks of so I have been able to play videos on any website,it is only Firefox that is having the errors. I use Windows 10, and the only extension I have is password managment

I have tried: 1) troubleshoot mode: no changes 2) clearing cache: no change 3) making a new Mozilla profile: no change 4) lowering/turning off security protections 5) refreshing from uninstall 6) uninstalling and reinstalling 7) Allowed autoplay of media 8) toggled off drm

The primary sites that I use are; HBO - error 1K-003 Twitch- error#4000 Patreon- doesn't error out, but just goes black on player Dropout.tv- player error YoutubeLive- Browser error

There are audio and video files for which I receive in the console that they can't be decoded. Media resource could not be decoded, error: Error Code: NS_ERROR_DOM_MEDIA_RANGE_ERR (0x806e0069)
