The OS-wide feature for MacOS, text replacements does not work in Firefox. The replacements are great time-saving for me and for everyone who works with forms a lot.

This feature is the reason why I avoid using FF, my experience becomes very limited. Safari, Chrome and Opera all have this feature enabled.

Can this be enabled in FF?

What is the "Find in page" toolbar called?

The 113.0.1 update (sic) moved it to the bottom of my page. I want to search for a way to restore it back to the upper part of the page (probably using userChrome).

(Note: I was happy with my setup in 112.0.2)

With the dark mode of Firefox on Windows 10 desktop it is IMPOSSIBLE to see which of the several tabs is the one that is open.

I work with tabs not windows as I always need to see all the pages/websites open that I work with in one view, and so it is a hassle and nuisance NOT to be able to tell which tab is active, having to click through each one or guess.

It's one of those small yet significantly impacting on the user experience things which one would have thought by now Firefox developers would fix.

The ACTIVE tab needs to be in different colour may be on a yellow background with dark font so that people can EASILY find it with several tabs open on the screen.

Any thoughts on this? is there perhaps an option to enable it - which I am oblivious to?

I am wondering if there is a way to get a menu of bookmarks to show up in the context menu when you right-click within a webpage in Firefox.

and I am wondering if there is a native way to achieve the same thing in Firefox? And if not, perhaps an extension? I've searched for extensions like this but haven't found any.

My Firefox Home Page was perfect until I accidentally hit the Home icon or Most Visited. I had the Tab Page with one row probably with default colors. If I manage to get the New Tab Page back, it doesn't stay. It doesn't have an icon for Home. I can't get that page back. If I exit, it goes back to one of the support pages. I have done a reset Firefox from the Control Panel but that just goes thru the set up pages again. I am afraid to delete and reinstall because I don't know what will happen to all my data.

So I have installed 1password to my browser but i need the add on to show in my toolbar but when i click customise toolbar, i cant find the add-ons option. Please help

What it says on the tin, booted up my computer, started Firefox, had it apparently update and then the tabs were suddenly like this. It's functional and just looks weird, I guess, but it really bothers me. Any way to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Our extensions are being uploaded manually - meaning they are signed by Mozilla, and the .xpi files are downloaded from the Developer Hub and distributed to our audience by our deployment processes. Following the recent update on the AMO review process: "All extension submissions with a significantly large number of users are now subject to human review by the add-ons review team before approval" - We wanted to know how it may impact our deployment process as now it is subject to human review

hello i have around 30+ themes and i want to delete all of themes (because i want to keep the favorite ones ) but if i delete them one by one takes time , is there any option to delete them all at once i haven't found anything on internet

I'm really happy with this, except for the fact that it is visible all the time, so also in full screen.

Q: can I put a command in front so this hides in full screen? Been looking, trying for ages now.

How to use same add-ons two or multiple difference version in same Firefox version without separate profiles? When i tried with difference version, then remove another version, i want to use 2 version in same firefox profile.

I just noticed that Windows Firefox version 113 changes how this userchrome border is rendered.

On my accidental airgapped machine running 112 the border is properly rendered as 1px. But on all my machines running 113 it's being rendered as 0.566667 which is rounded down to 0. I also noticed that my separators between the tabs seem to be thinner.

Before I try to counter it by setting my css to use 2px which is interpreted as 1.7 and rounded down to 1, can you please tell me WHAT is going on? Thanks.

P.S. My userchrome.css include much more than this, hence why it looks strange on a default profile, but the effects are still visible.

How can i use same add-ons difference version? It can be 2 or multiple same add-ons but difference version? Now time it being overwrite, i want to install two version of same plagin. I am also trying to install from file, same thing happened.

When I type about.config in the address bar, I just see search results for it, instead of going to the config page. I tried enabling a separate search bar in settings, and also turned off all suggestions, but that did not help. I still see the spyglass search icon on the address bar. How do I get past it?

I'm trying to migrate from Chrome to Firefox browser. I cant load Twitter and some other links. I get error message. JavaScript not enabled. I can't find a setting anywhere to enable it. Help!!

I have been using code (stored in the Chrome folder of my profile) to keep the 'open application menu' pancake button on the left end of the toolbar. After I updated to version 113.0.1 today, I see that button shifted back to the right end of the bar. I do NOT want it there. Can you fix it so the code will work again? Is there alternate code or some other means to accomplish the same end?

LastPass logs out every time I close the FIrefox desktop browser. This started about a month ago after a Firefox update. This is a real pain, since I open and close my browser all day long. I have tried several suggestions on this forum and nothing has worked so far.
