Every time I open Netflix in Firefox browser, to watch streaming movies, it won't show them but keeps taking me to a page asking me to log in again or pay for a Netflix account. (attached) I already have a Netflix account and can watch streaming movies with no problems on other browsers, but not using Firefox, which is my Default browser.

This has been an ongoing issue for sometime with Firefox.

Backstory time. I am a regular shopper on eBay and I get email alerts for things I like to look at and for. Unfortunately, on my Outlook/Hotmail account, in these particular messages, the images don't load properly for some reason. And I would like to know the way to resolve this once and for all. I tried to watch a youtube livestream today and it failed to play. Non-live videos on youtube are playing, even the same videos watched as VODs after the stream ends, but the livestreams are providing "Your browser can't play this video" errors.

Simultaneously, I'm noticing that some videos on Reddit (such as embedded tiktok videos) are stuck with a circling ring and won't play. At least some of the same videos will play on Tiktok (when I can find them).

ALSO, when I try to watch videos on my Nebula subscription, I'm getting a "This video could not be loaded: 4" error code. ANY video on Nebula.

What the heck gives?!

Is there a way to enable using both a default pattern as well as a custom image for the background on Firefox Color? I really want to enable both but it is making me choose one or the other. Please help me do this or enable the ability to do so.

I was having trouble with Firefox freezing and needed to close it with Task Manager and reopen it whenever this happened. On one of these restarts, only a few of my windows opened up with the new session. All of the other open windows vanished. They're not in my history or my recently closed windows at all. There are three specific windows of the lost windows that had data I was actively using and don't want to lose. The URLs would be enough. I was also using the other windows, but I can re-find that information easily enough.

When switched to mobile hot spot from wifi [and viceversa] Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can. I am facing this issue recently like from a month or so. Before that all working fine. I have already tried the troubleshooting steps from here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-cant-load-websites-other-browsers-can, Still no luck! Edition Windows 11 Home Single Language Version 22H2 OS build 22621.2506

Note:Whenever i switch to mobile hot spot i have to restart laptop to make Firefox work.

Is there any permanent solution for this problem?

I am having this issue where Firefox only keeps "Today's" history. I have thoroughly looked at the community's similar issue fixes.

I do not have Private Browsing on. I have set "Custom Settings History:

 -Remember browsing and download history
 -Remember search and form history

I do not have CC Cleaner or like apps and the one I do is on auto-manual and does not clear FF.

There is no reason for this. I would like to know when answering, what are a couple of likely causes for this. It appears by many queries here and on Google this has been an issue for years and FF seems not to want to fix it or know about it. Your help is appreciated.

Title. I've followed every guide I've found but the issue still persists. I've created a new profile, reinstalled ff after deleting the whole file from my pc, deleted all cookies for a dozen times, disabled all extensions, started ff in that problem mode or whatever it's called and I still can't login to certain websites.

I type my login credentials, press "continue" and nothing happens.

I hate how much information Google gathers from their users but I used Chrome for five or more years and I never had this issue with their browser. Not once. Even now I constantly have to go back using Chrome because with it I have no issues logging in to the sites while on FF I just can't.

What is going on?

This only happens when clicking a link from an email in Thunderbird most of the time it is a news platform. I have to copy the link and open a new tab in Firefox to have it work.

As you can see, MS Edge has no issue with it, nor does Opera.

Every time I try to login to my bank using Firefox New Private Window I get a message "Unable to login. Try again later." But if I then switch to Microsoft Edge browser using its private window I have no problem, no delay, in logging in. It has occurred to me that Edge is deliberately blocking or somehow delaying my login attempt with Firefox. Could this be?

I am experiencing issues with my ChatGPT subscription while using it on the Firefox browser. Despite having an active subscription with access to ChatGPT-4, the interface only shows an 'Upgrade' option instead of the 'Refer a Friend' feature, which suggests that my subscription isn't being recognized properly. Suddenly, now on FF 119.0.0.1, JPEG Images no longer open in new tab when clicked with mid-mouse-button (previous behaviour, wanted), instead they get downloaded, safed to DL-folder, and maybe opened in 3rd-party-app. I tried to change the Open-with settings, but to no avail - there's no option to 'Open in Firefox'/Internally. (Only Open with../Download)

I've tried older guides on the topic, which didn't apply here it seems, also cleaned cache, etc.

Amazon Prime Videos will not play on Fire Fox. The message says to update Firefox, but my browser is up to date as of today, 10-24-23. Their customer service can provide no answer. This has been an ongoing problem for several months. I have tried their trouble shooting steps of restarting my system, signing out and re-signing in on Amazon and closing and re-opening Firefox. Allow DRM content is checked on my settings. Thanks.

About a month ago, I had no issues taking a screenshot of what's displayed or entire page. Now, whenever I take a screenshot, it copies only 3/5's of the page (from the left margin to roughly 3/5ths of the page both displayed or entire). My settings in about:config have not been changed (well, they are changed but at the same settings as when 'Take Screenshot' worked and now only copying 3/5ths of the page).

Hi, I opened Mozilla after coming home from work today and had a few weird things happen. First things first, I was welcomed with a "Thank you for installing AdBlock" page. Which wouldn't be all that odd if I didn't use Ublock Origin instead. I removed the extension, ready to move on, but then I noticed all my bookmarks in the toolbar were gone! The ones saved to other bookmarks are still there, but the ones on my toolbar are deleted and not hidden. While I was investigating that, I found that my history looks weird? It's a bunch of pages on Nexus Mods that I visited a month ago or so but haven't visited recently.

Only my three devices, PC, phone, and Steam deck are logged in, but I'm worried my account has been compromised. I've changed my password and am trying to get two-factor authentication up.

This is version 119.0.1 on 64-Bit Windows 10. Due to an abrupt Windows update requiring restart, this browser should have restored the previous session, which it didn't. Edge was open to; and it did that with no problem. At the moment the box requiring restart showed, the screen froze with no access to Firefox settings. Still, it should have restored the previous session as Edge did.
