I have been trying to contact support about an issue regarding being able to change my account password to the page at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form, however I cannot seem to submit any information. When I try, the page reloads, followed by multiple uncaught errors observed in the console, including a cross site origin request block error (in the latest stable Firefox). My browser settings use the standard browser privacy setting, and custom DNS.

Regarding the error I was trying to report, I am unable to change my password, receiving "incorrect password" despite entering the correct current password. In the browser console, a POST response with error 400 is shown.

Apologies if I'm repeating a previous request - couldn't tell if it was submitted.

I'm running Windows 10. While changing the startup screen somehow an image I thought was deleted appeared and now is frozen, apparently on top of a Firefox window. I've rebooted, restarted and followed the Windows help suggestions with no success. Right now I don't know whether this is a Firefox or Windows problem. I updated Firefox today to the newest version before this happened.

Any help will be appreciated. I can open new Firefox windows.

I am experiencing a significant issue with my website, which fails to load when accessed via Google Chrome. The website works perfectly on other browsers like chrome, Safari, and Edge.However, when attempting to Click here in mozila, the page remains blank and does not load at all. I've been trying to install an add-on that is in the .zip format. I set xpinstall.signatures.required to false and restarted the browser, yet Firefox keeps telling me the add-on cannot be installed because it's not verified. Is there a way to change this?

I can open an email or a google search for this particular website, Sundance, click on an item which then opens on my screen but Firefox is unresponsive when I click within this item screen for details like available sizes and colors. This is the only site that this has occurred.

Firefox version is: 127.0 (64-bit)

My problem is that Firefox seems to be ignoring "#:~:text=highlight this".

Maybe there's something under about:config? I can't find it.

Back in October 2022, changes were made to how private windows appear, separating their icon in the OS taskbar, giving it a new icon, and putting a badge on the top right of the window.

At the time, support threads (such as this one https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1393494#answer-1542568 ) suggested changing three options to revert these changes: -browser.privateWindowSeparation.enabled -browser.privatebrowsing.enable-new-indicator -browser.privatebrowsing.enable-new-logo I really dislike how these changes look, and so immediately followed this advice. In my advanced options, every one of these is still set to "false" to this day. However, after a recent Firefox update (my current version is listed as 127.0), these no longer seem to have any effect making the new look the only option.

I would strongly prefer to at least re-combine the taskbar icons for standard and private browsing into a single icon. Is there any way to do this in the current update, or is this change permanent going forward? If it is permanent, would reverting to version 126.01 risk losing my current Firefox profile?

Unlike opening a regular new window or even just opening a new private browsing tab in an existing window, when I open a private browsing window, the address bar isn't auto-selected. I know I can use 'Ctrl+L' to select it but that's not a habit I've been able to train yet, and doing so would be much more frustrating than just using firefox in a more intuitive way. How can I change this? Is there anything that can be done? I can't find any relevant setting when digging into the 'about:config' section, nor in any of the regular app settings.

Windows 10. Have used Firefox for years with no problem. Out of the blue, when Firefox is invoked, it comes up, but the screen dims after a few seconds, an the hourglass appears and Firefox freezes at that point. I have to use Task Manager to close it. I tried uninstall and that failed. Then I manually deleted the Firexfox program files. When I tried to install the program from Firefox, that failed as well with a window that pops and says there was a problem. I went to this site, no worries, nothing there but asks you to click...which you should not do. It says to copy the fix and paste it into the windows shell... sounds obvious, it's a scam. Except, this is a major funding company.

So the question is, is this legit from firefox? Or is that what? Go to myforwardsavings.com and you'll see what i mean. Or, see image i have included.

Hopefully someone up the chain in firefox can let me know. As i intend to report them if this is nefarious. Thank you.

When i open https://provider.transporteg.com/ this website and login in the portal this is not showing the bidding running time and processing time . please solve this.

My Firefox is the most recent version 126. I am having trouble with pop-ups being blocked. I have added the website to the pop-up exception list. When I go to the site, it shows me the little icon showing I have added exceptions for this site. However; the pop-up still gets blocked.

The site is: https://www.foxit.com/ I try clicking the Log In drop down then Foxit Account. Before this would pop-up the log in screen for the site but since version 125, it does not. I just updated to version 126 to see if that resolved it before creating this post but it didn't. Thus I am here trying to get help.

ever time i watch something i will go to pause it and noting will happen and if hover over a video and preview it won`t stop until i close the tab how do i turn this off?

I'm a user of Mozilla, it's my main browser. I use it for everything and especially for Youtube. But, recently, some changes have appeared and not for better. I don't know why or if it's only me. The thing is Youtube is not like the real site but something else and so i lose options or settings. I don't have anymore the mutiple screen size options. There's a button that says "watch this on Youtube" while i'm litteraly on Youtube.. And now i want to watch a video with a age restriction and it'tells me i have to be connected to Youtube while i'm connected.

Can someone answer me about this or make it noticed by Mozilla employees ?

Hello. I am not familiar with this end to end encryption that Facebook now does for Messenger but now when I try to use Video Calling/Chat it tells me it is not supported by my browser, Firefox. I have never had any problems with it before. Is there a fix? Thanks

For the last few months Firefox has released a stable version and a matching ESR version for OS's that are no longer supported. Firefox stable version had a major monthly release and a minor update as needed. For the next release scheduled in July I see a stable version of 128.0 with two matching ESR versions. I'm trying to understand the difference between the two ESR versions. The two versions advertised as ESRs are 128.0 + 115.13.
