The right side of screen, scroll and keys (close, minimize, etc..) on menu bar not working, any fix? When I move the entire screen leftwards, then the scroll and keys work...

I wanted to print out an order placed online but could only print part of it.

The order took up about 1.5 pages when displayed in Firefox, but I could only print the upper 2/3 of it. That’s all the Print Preview displayed. It was cut off at the bottom. There was no option to print the missing lower third or a second page.

I can scroll Firefox to display the lower part but Print Preview still shows only the upper part.

I can change FF’s scale to 80% in order to show the whole order on the screen, but Print Preview still only shows the upper part.

I can scale Print Preview to 70%, but then it’s difficult to read.

I don’t recall having this problem with earlier versions of Firefox.

How can I print my order on 2 pages so that I can read it?

Firefox is adding +1 before 7-digit phone numbers. There are two things wrong with this. The + sign is only appropriate for cell phones and some websites will not accept phone numbers with the prefix as valid. When will this be fixed?

My Firefox browser is out by 4 hours. I am eastern and it recently switched to west coast time zone on its own. It did it once before and fixed itself in about a week. Other browsers are fine. I would like to stick to FIrefox but my shop tells me to switch. Can you tell me how to correct this problem? Thanks, Glen [email removed from public]

When I log into my router on Firefox it indicates that it is not connected to the internet when in fact it is. I can log into my router from Microsoft Edge and it does show that my router is online. What could be the problem? My router is a Linksys EA3500, which is about 8-10 yrs old and the firmware is up to date. The only problem that I know of for sure is that I can't do a speed test through my router. I am able to connect to all websites except one and I don't know if that is related to this problem. The only website I can't connect to is after I try to sign in to www.consumerreports.org. I have been dealing with this problem for months trying to figure it out. They say java has to be enabled. Please help me. I've been connecting to Consumer Reports for years with no problems. I have done troubleshooting with them, Xfinity, and Linksys, but can't figure this out. Even though while on Microsoft Edge it said my router was online, I still could not connect to www.consumerreports.org. Consumer Reports says that you can't use a VPN on their site and I do have one, but don't use it while logging into their site.

Today I tried to place an online order to pickup from Texas Roadhouse, but no matter what time I chose a message said it was not available. The only selection that worked was "Earliest Available Time". Finally I called to place an order. Firefox worked 2 months ago but I don't recall which version I was using at the time.

Today I was using FF vers 97.x and later updated to vers 99.0.1 figuring that might be the problem, but it made no difference.

Later I tried Windows 10 Edge & that worked. Then tried a Chromebook & that also worked.

I've also had problems going to the Tracfone website & so have several other people. It's hit or miss with Firefox & usually it doesn't work. But Chrome or Edge seem to work for everyone.

Is this a website problem or a FF problem?

I'm highly suspicious of an extensions i downloaded a while ago. It has blocked facebook from tracking me as some websites i access automatically uses Facebook. When I checked the manager to make an exception for a website I was using, I don't see it there, not even to disable it. I even double checked if my only blocker, UBlock Origin is preventing it from showing but it's not even there either. So now I'm worried my data is compromised.

Basically because I live in Puerto Rico, the push updates and texts are wonky for some reason, so it makes the 2 factor identification really hard. I recently got a new laptop and for some reason ever since then firefox keeps signing me out whenever I restart the computer. It's a big pain because of the puerto rico issues I have to temp undo the 2 factor thing... Which as a company who likes security... I'm sure you can appreciate how much of a pain this is. I'm super sure it's a dumb fix, but how can I make it so google doesn't sign out of firefox specifically everytime I restart my laptop please???

In the previous version I could run streaming videos from Paramount Plus, in the latest version I cannot run them. I have no problems running them on Microsoft Edge.

How can I use Firefox?

Was Firefox broken last time or something? I thought i have troubles only with my Firefox at my job, but on my private laptop it the same... I was always saving downloaded files on my desktop, but some files i was only reading, like PDF files. Downloading straight into Adobe Reader, not saving on desktop or anywhere else (well, im aware, that files were saved in temp folder). Since, i dont know, few days, two weeks maximum, EVERY PDF file that i want ONLY READ is saving on my desktop (even if i open them in firefox directly). WHY? Its so annoying. I dont want them on my desktop. How to turn it off? Files tht i want to download and save HAVE to be saved on my desktop, files i want to only read cant be saved on desktop.

When I download a file before I even have a chance to save or open the file Firefox downloads the file and puts it on my desktop. I have to look at lots of .pdf files and this a bit annoying as I have to keep deleting all the files I dont want. The dialog box opens and I always choose open rather than save but Firefox has already saved a copy to my desktop. How can I stop this autosave please ? Cheers.

I cannot play CNN videos in Firefox. They will not start. I can play them in Microsoft Edge and on my iPhone. I can play other videos in Firefox from, say, YouTube. It's just CNN that seems to be the problem. I have a Windows 10 PC.

Hello, in summary my scenario is written below; Earlier when someone used to call me on Facebook Messenger, I could see someone calling (the messenger call sound and interface appeared) and receive the call. However the problem now is, this whole feature is gone JUST for FIREFOX. I tried checking on Opera, Edge and Chrome, all works fine. Only on Firefox this is gone. So now I have to rely on my android device to attend this calls which is too much problematic as I mainly work on a PC. Can someone please find me a troubleshoot to this problem? Thanks in advance.

I have searched for this answer and can't find it, so I am hoping that it isn't here already and I just can't find it because of the way I am asking in the search box.......I would like to unsubscribe from an e-mail newsletter I am getting, but there is no "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail like there is on most of them I do receive. Is there a way in the Moz://a web site that this can be done? I am using a "mask" e-mail address and have done an unsubscribe with a different e-mail newsletter, but this one, I am not able to do just a simple "Unsubscribe".

When I try to log into chase.com, I'm told my (FireFox) browser is out of date, but I am running the latest version. What can I do?

Hi! Since yesterday, in Outlook, my font size became very tiny for subjects and categories. I can barely see it. Can you please restore them to normal sizes?? I am desperate trying to read them. Thank you! Shirley Savva

I've never had to do anything to Firefox to print and I see no obvious setting for print issues. Normally, all printing is handled by Wind 10. I've using an HP desktop PC with Win10 and printing to the printer is wireless. Have never had problems before. Anything change? What I do now is "print" to a .pdf app and then have to load the .pdf in Adobe. Firefox wants to open my generated pdfs in Firefox..which it never used to (and that's another issue). I have to open, as stated, in Adobe, and then print.

Suggestions?

I have used Firefox for years with my MSN/Outlook emails. Recently, something has changed that has caused typing emails to a nightmare. As I am typing the "system" is constantly suggesting text and I do not know how to remove that feature. Each time this happens I have to stop and either hit the tab key or fiddle around with the space bar to get past this problem and continue typing what I want to write. Also, as I am replying to an email, the "system" occasionally opens another email document and at the same time moves the email I am trying to respond to. It moves the email, not to trash, but to Archive. I never use the archive feature. How do I fix these problems. Something has obviously gotten changed in "settings" but I cannot figure out where or how to fix. The "suggested text" feature is disasterous and annoying and it has got to be removed somehow. Please help.
