I use the email address [email 2 removed]@interia.pl. The account is configured in Thunderbird on a Lenovo laptop. The laptop is protected by ESET Smart Security antivirus software. As recommended by Eset, I added ESET VPN to my protection. After enabling ESET VPN, the address doesn't configure. It requests a password. I receive messages that the server is disconnecting. Other addresses work. Disabling ESET VPN causes the address to work. This problem doesn't occur on my other Outlook email client. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. The installation on my win 11 laptop is doing some odd things (1 - recently lost all extra (unselected) windows on restart, even though set to restore all windows and tabs and 2- opening a new window creates an outdated duplicate of the window I already have open instead of just creating a new window with an empty tab??). So I thought I'd try refreshing it. Well, my "More troubleshooting" page does not have the "Refresh Firefox" button, only the "clear startup cache" appears along with option to run in troubleshooting mode. No Refresh option in teh same page in troubleshooting mode either. I am using the Microsoft Store MSIX installation. I am thinking about uninstalling that one and installing from a Mozilla download instead??

What would be the best way to clean up my installation state since the refresh is not available?

cannot access primary email. idiot firefox requires primary email in order to make backup primary !!!!!!!

I have a backup email address, recover codes, phone.

but firefox requires the inaccessible primary email address to make any changes !!!!!@!@!@!!!!!

I have just upgraded to version 145 and the title bar has disappeared Even though I have the Title Bar option checked in the customize firefox panel. If I uncheck the title bar option and then check the title bar option, the title bar will appear, but when I close firefox and then restart firefox the title bar is gone.

The subject says it all. The "tabs from other devices" are a) Shown as a long flat list of links, not in their individual tabs, which is disappointing b) right click does nothing - doesn't open them as advertised

trying to update old version of Firefox but seeing error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap and the message "no common encryption algorithm" on a MacBook Pro with OS 10.5.8 - - not the machine I'm using in order to seek help

To sync a mobile device, the instructions say to open Firefox browser on mobile, from Menu go to Sign In, aim phone camera at QR code. The 3 lines at the screen bottom right (i'm assuming this is a menu but printing an icon labelled "menu" is less cryptic) offers no sign in opportunity.

I run the current version of Firefox on a Dell Inspiron 15 3530 laptop under Windows 11 Pro, I've found two webpages that I can't scroll--there's no scrollbar on the page, and the arrow keys don't work. On other pages, there's no problem. but I simply can't scroll thes pages. What's going on here?

my windows 10 PC was saving my bookmarks perfectly and storing in bookmarks after pressing the "save" star (star turns black) until dec 4 but its no longer putting them in the bookmarks menu anymore even though star turned black? then also after numerous attempts to no avail a "edit" pop up came up and after pressing that it did not even come up with the drop down "save" option just a big nothing. Good Morning, Please how can I add or take out in firefox the icon shortcuts with most visited sites that I use, Also firefox is adding by itself shortcuts to my opening page and I don't want to have more than 6 or 7 or firefox suggestions. Thank you for your help

Hello. The browser will start fine and run for most of the day. I haven't made any known changes to the PC. At some point the browser will crash for all tabs and all windows. Any attempt to refresh goes to the screen as seen in the attached image. The "Restore This Tab" button does not work. I have to close all Firefox windows. Then the browser will work again.

I'm using an Alien computer. Windows 11. Everything is up to date. Firefox version 145.0.2 (64-bit)

I can not access my Outlook/Hotmail account in FireFox. I get a plank page. I have never had this problem before. I have no problem loading it in other browsers. Did something change? How do I correct this problem?

I just moved to a new computer. Still using the latest version of Firefox (145.x). But of course I have a much higher rez screen. So I'm looking at many more bookmarks across the menu bar, and they are all very small. As are the tabs at the top of the window. I can not find a way to make these larger in Settings. Grok tells me to work with CSS in the profiles folder, but that doesn't seem to work. (And I bet that every time a new version came out, I'd have to move or remake that CSS file and/or folder.) Is this just the way it is on the high-rez screen, or can someone point me to a solution?

I have been using the Dashlane Password system on my desktop for several years and it works great with Firefox, however, Firefox was recently upgraded (automatically) to Firefox version 145. Now I can no longer access the Dashlane application which contains all of my passwords. What should I do to recover my Dashlane application?

I'm running 145.0.2 on Mint Linux and Windows 11...

Like many other users, I have an issue in which roughly half of the icons representing bookmarks on my Bookmarks Toolbar have been replaced by the black+and+white icon of a globe. The links work, but because most of them are now the same, it means I have to hover over them to make sure I click on the link I want.

I've tried: Exporting all my bookmarks to HTML; deleting all bookmarks; re-importing Deleting the "favicons.sqlite" database and letting Firefox recreate it Creating a new Profile and importing all my bookmarks "fresh" in to there

Not only does none of this seem to work, the results are actually inconsistent.

This problem has been kicking around for years - certainly for many major releases of the browser. I understand that there could be deep/complicated issues such as a corrupt user profile, for example...

Unfortunately, however, there does not appear to be any consistent or reliable effective advice on how to fix this issue... and nothing I try seems to resolve the problem.

I'd be very grateful for any recommendations on a reliable repair for this issue.

But I'd also be grateful for suggestions as to how we might go about suggesting to the devs that this long-running bug is overdue a permanent fix.
