I recently discovered a problem with an addon I wanted to report. The product page only has an email support link, which opens up MIcrosoft Mail. I prefer not to use it.

Is there any other way to get the developers email address?

How can I recover my containers , I could create new ones but I thought the reason for signing up and syncing was that I could install a new version of Firefox sign in and my containers and extension configs would load . Appreciate assistance or reference to guides to recover container info

if I go to netflix or crunchyroll and try to play a video I get an error that widevinecdm has crashed and an error code on the website. I've never run into an issue like this before and I am not sure how to troubleshoot it. From doing research online I haven't seen to many other people with this problem so I am not sure what is going on.

I have avast for security here the last several months it will stop this sight from getting in(I hope). I am a novice to all of this tech stuff. Avast keeps stopping this www.newstrackr.co from getting in, states this url is a blacklist. Only happens when i try to us firefox.

I browse a lot of Instagrams written in foreign languages. I can right click captions to translate, but the menu option to translate automatically is grayed out. How do I enable it?

What is the issue with Firefox and the True key password storage app from McAfee? I use Firefox to get away from Microsoft and Google and have for decades. But now the True Key app no longer works and Firefox states something about a violation of policy. I depend on bookmarks to go down the list and pay bills using the True Key app for logging me in. When will this issue be resolved?

bold text How to stop firefox from continually making popups saying an extension has changed the page. It is so annoying in regard to Tabliss which changes every new page photo. Its ridiculous that firefox does this & so annoying that firefox is not respecting my block popups rules. Its only started about a week or two ago & it is happening every time i change pages. Its intrusive and annoying that firefox has no regard for what i want on my computer.

I have just re-installed MW due to probs using the original one, but now I cannot enter my registration code,(life time) there is no where to do so it seems,have looked everywhere?

I synced my devices, but it only added clippings as an add-on for the second device but the clippings that I have on my first device were not transferred. How can I have all my notes/clippings that I made on one device, be available on the other device?

When I click the extensions button, the "Personalize your Firefox" page loads. The extension menu does not appear. Steps: 1. All extensions are enabled. I have disabled them and re-enabled them. 2. In the Privacy and Security settings, I have confirmed that "Let Firefox make personalized recommendations" is unchecked. As the problem persisted, I unchecked every data collection box. 3. I have re-started Firefox, re-started the computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. 4. The extension button functioned perfectly well for the life of this computer. The only difference between yesterday and today is that I hibernated the computer last night. I always do that and the extension button always displays menu -- until today.

Two days ago, my Firefox was updated to version 133.0.3. Since then, the add-on "I don't care about cookies" doesn't work well anymore. Unteil two days ago, I hadn't been asked about cookies for a very very long time, now I'm being asked several times a day. I installed the add-on "I still don't care about cookies" in addition, but that doesn't help either.

With Firefox's latest update...

1. Javascript no longer works on pages it absolutely must work. The webpage for my security cameras not longer allow me to operate the cameras. When I click pan/tilt/zoom button all I get is a little message that says "Jacascript" at the bottom right corner where there should be a url. I've never actually paid attention on the security cams page but the url is there on other websites. I have to have this functionality. How do I re-enable Javascript for at least this page?

2. Deactivated extensions are not actually deactivated. To trouble shoot the first problem I disabled NoScript and ADblock Plus to see if they were interfering. I closed and reopened Firefox, and even restarted my PC. Firefox shows the extension to be disabled but they are in fact still active and working. Something is extremely broken in Firefox's extension manager. Is there anyway to actually disable these extensions without removing them?
