The "Subject" pretty much describes my specific question. You will see an example in the screenshot I uploaded. When I increase the screen using comm + the type is too large & the video shrinks. ((although, somehow, the screen becomes smaller even though I'm enlarging it). Even with my reading glasses, I can't see 95% of the type.

I've poured through everything (i think) on the website, and I made some changes, but they didn't make a difference (other than getting rid of those miserable recommended videos on the side).

I have another question: Do I have to use a secondary email address: my Dept. of Ed. Outlook address, but I've just retired, and won't have access to it in about six months. I also don't want the DOE all up in my business: emails are legal documents forever & ever.

Lastly, the "Share Data" link says "the internal workings of your browser." What does that mean?

The 'reader pane' on my microsoft email remains blank. It used to show me the body of the email on the right side of the screen.I now have to open/download the email to read it. Is there a way to resume the prior arrangement?

Trying to set up Firefox on new computer. Haven't used log-in for years. My email account is closed. So code is sent to defunct email. How can I get access to my account so I can change my email address and get Firefox synced to my new computer? The main screen (desktop) there were 4 rows of bookmarks connecting me (user) with the websites that are frequently connected. Recently after restarting the desktop computer, those shortcut bookmarks no longer display. Plus I'm unable to connect to the record of bookmarks previously saved using the star icon. (I hope this is a descriptive explanation to elicit assistance in this matter) [edited email from public support forum]

Okay I did just get a new computer, but I've had Firefox for more than a decade and I've used Gyazo for about 5 years. Today I am suddenly not allowed to visit a site I have an account with and was able to visit YESTERDAY?!?! I can go to my Gyazo without any problem but when I try to use a link from someone sharing a picture, I get the Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue and am told I can't do anything about it?!?!

This is not acceptable. If this isn't resolved TODAY I will remove Firefox from my computer and go with another service. I appreciate you are a free service, but if you suddenly won't give me the service I've been getting for years from you then I will have to look elsewhere.

Please contact me ASAP regarding this. It is affecting how I do my job.

Hi, when I want to zoom in to the website page, I cant seem to find the horizontal scroll, thus I cant see the left side of the page that I zoomed in. Please make the horizontal scroll available. Thank you.

Bought a new Acer computer from a computer service last year with windows 11. Was not allowed to access a website, CheapsTees.com because windows10 was expired Oct.14Th 2025. Paypal also shows windows 10 on my account but hasn't effected the service.

The main reason we bought the new computer is because the old one didn't support windows 11. Just to verify, it shows on the invoice we have it.

I have Verizon FIOS and have been able to receive cable channels on my laptop until recently. Now I cannot access them without a sign-in which leads to some sort of error that I don't understand. Any help?

I am interested in going to Windows 11, but I don't know what procedure to use to do that; all the info is confusing To me, the info makes it look like I need to buy another Computer, even though I have a perfectly good operating DELL Inspiron 1 that is not that old, 4 years old with a new hard drive.

I received a notice from centurylink about their changing my user I.D. from [edited] @q.com to [edited] @myctl.net beginning on 10/21/2025. I signed into my account, using the new email ([edited] @myctl.net) and now I'm blocked from my email / webmail Is firefox blocking my email account??

Hello- Wondering how to turn off the "skip to main content" that continually pops-up on some web sites. This is a problem on a single Firefox installation and I cannot figure out which setting this could be.

I want to share my extremely frustrating experience while trying to create desktop shortcuts for Firefox profiles. I have two profiles, and despite following all standard methods (including manually navigating to the profile folders), nothing worked. The usual steps, including directly creating shortcuts from the profile folder or using suggested tools, failed.

I specifically wanted a way to create exact shortcuts for each profile without manually editing anything. Even after testing everything, the only option left seems to be permanently leaving the profile inside Firefox and opening it from there, which defeats the purpose of quick access.

Due to this unnecessarily complicated process and lack of practical solutions, I have decided to leave Firefox permanently and switch to another browser.

Has anyone successfully created direct shortcuts for multiple Firefox profiles in Windows 11 without manual editing? Any practical advice would be appreciated, although I’m already moving away from Firefox.

When I open up my facebook page it loads but is blank. When I open my youtube channel it opens but when click video in opens I can see chat and can talk in chat, but the video doesn't play wheel keeps spinning. I have arthrytis in my hand, and trying to keep that narrow moving in and out bar on the right of the page or drop down like the tab menu, is agonizing. WHY NOT MAKE IT WIDER????

I like the option, and use it, but haven't found any way to toggle back to automatic so I can read webpages normally. I've tried search in the community forum(s) as well. No luck.

Now that my browser is Firefox I cannot get to my email or anything else on my computer. What must I do??? At one point I was signing in to Mozilla Firefox and it said that account already exists. This is very frustrating for an older geriatric. Please send me instructions to get back where I was. My present email address is [edited from public] @gmail.com.
