I can no longer cut + paste out of firefox (or into firefox) on windows 11.

I have followed the instructions for firefox reset, and it has not helpde.

I have run in safe mode and it doesn't help.

When I tried to list Philadelphia Eagles Tickets on StubHub the page gives an error "There aren't any Events on the horizon right now." When I tried on Chrome (which I hate) it gave no error. I did not list my tickets on Chrome yet, and will wait a reasonable amount of time to see if the problem is fixed on Firefox. Bob Brown

When I click on an article or any link in Outlook, I get an error message that says, Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk. I'm not an 'organization', just a user and obviously there's no help desk to contact, so I thought I'd reach out to see if someone might have a solution to this problem. I have already made sure that my default programs are set to Firefox for my browser and Outlook for my email and made sure all the defaults are selected. I have also run a full windows scan program which came up without any errors and I have run a registry scan that fixed every identified error. I'm still getting the same error message and the only way for me to open up an article or a link from an email is to 'copy hyperlink', open up a new tab in Firefox and select Paste and Go, which is driving me nuts and wasting a ton of time. I don't know what else to do at this point. I did find a document on the internet that has what it says is a method to resolve this exact error message problem, but the instructions are specific to Internet Explorer, not Firefox. I'm hesitant to find those same tools on Firefox (which is quite possible, though some of them are in different places on Firefox than they are on Internet Explorer). My concern comes with the fact that the final step will 'reset' every setting to it's default condition, so it seemed like a good idea to try to get some expert help before I perform such a drastic action. Also, I'm also making the assumption that if I did do a complete reset, I would be able to restore Firefox back via my most recent System Restore and it would bring back all my customizations, browers add-ons, personal settings, home pages history, cookies, privacy settings, etc. - but I'd like someone to weigh in on this. A while ago (months) some fonts started to display very thin and pale, which should not. I have allowed websites using their own font. I have reinstalled Firefox. It's not only our website realclimate.org but also a few others where I have this problem. Chrome or iphone display these pages correctly.

Can you fix FF hanging on 1 core, sending to 100% and freezing Firefox. I mean people have only been complaining about it for over a DECADE !!!!!!!!! People are dropping FF in droves. Stop with the releases and just fix it already.... It used to be the best now its like 6th and falling.......

Once again, there seems to be an issue with Firefox and Google services. I cannot click on any links in my Gmail and go anywhere. I cannot search Google. I cannot load YouTube or play any videos. This is the third time this issue has come up in the past month. Please fix it permanently!

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at www.googleadservices.com. I see a number of Q/A on this but no clear resolution for the novice user. I like Firefox but may have to switch browsers if I can't figure this out. Please help.

Hello, On several occasions I have tried to purchase online products/sevices with my AmEx/BA card. Each time the payment has been help up after entering the one time passcode. This then sends the info to AmEx's 3rd party middle men, i.e. Adyen payments. At this point everything stops and the web page just hangs. No payments go through to AmEx, so nothing is charged to my account. I have now been told that " ...in all probability, it's your browser that's causing the problems with AmEx's third party service providers." This never happens if I use any of my other credit cards. So, is this a load of bull that AmEx are feeding me, or, is there a real issue with Mozilla/AmEx.

Any input is welcome before I go back to AmEx and tear a strip off them.

Hi, after loging in to a secure website and reading contents - if I am on a page and reading for a short while, even though moving up and down the page but not switching to another page - or if entering text into queries or creating content on the page, it is taken as inactivity and I am logged out of that website. Can this timeout period be extended so that I am not logged out even while entering response or reading different sections of the page I have navigated to? TIA

Hi! Since downloading Win 11 a few weeks ago into my 1.5 yr old Lenovo laptop, a new problem has been occurring only in Facebook and only as an Admin in three private groups in Facebook. When I try to post in those groups, the pale blue Post button is AWOL. I can post in any other Facebook field, just not in my own groups. This never occurred in Win 10. Pretty inconvenient for an Admin/Moderator. (I can answer others' posts in those groups; just can't post independently)

I happened to try running Firefox in Test mode and the problem went away, but that Test mode does away with Facebook Container. Alternately I can run Facebook in either MS Edge or Chrome, which also ends the problem, but I loathe both so those aren't real options.

So far I seem to be the only person reporting this bug. What can you great people suggest as a fix?

[Firefox 104.0.2 Linux 64x] Memory leak when Ctrl+S

After Ctrl + S, hundreds save dialog shows up and stack together. You can see the shadow effect on the edge of the dialog box is darkened due to stacking of the dialog boxes. CPU usage will jump to 110%.

Not sure what causes this...

I use a laptop with Fedora 36 installed. Firefox is version 104.0.1

Until a few days ago, there were no problems with video display. But since a few days, video content that is offered by the news site from NOS (Dutch television) is not displayed anymore. I only get this error: The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support.

Also some content on Youtube aborts. For example loading https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qq0BUiEs3JM results in this error: Er is een fout opgetreden. Probeer het later opnieuw. (Afspeel-ID: Ui0fzPxdSexgYcZ4).' (An error occured, try later again).

When using the Chrome Browser both websites can be used without giving errors implying that all the codecs are available.

How can I detect why video is blocked?

(Twitter also gives problems. After a fraction of a second, it stops displaying video)

I have been using Firefox for a couple of years now, and it has become unstable in its operation, when typing its slowiing the system and all your words are jumbled as it can't keep up. also it keeps coming up with 'not resonding' all the time, I have tried re-installing it, it then seems ok for a couple of days then its starts all over again. I have tried using 'Chrome again' and the problems do not appear at all using this browser, but I do like using Firefox so please fix it.

    My Firefox browser was updated to 104.0.2 (64-bit) version and since then there is no sound. When I open the same website in chrome I'm able to hear the sound of videos and news.

My mouse cursor is suddenly extremely slow whenever firefox has focus. Instead of crossing the entire screen with a small hand movement, I get maybe 1/10th of the width of the screen with the same movement.

Ontario Parks is the agency that governs the usage of provincial parks (similar to state parks in the U.S.) in the Canadian province of Ontario(https//www.ontarioparks.com/reservations). In the past couple of days, when I visit the site using Firefox to check campsite availability etc., at first it may work okay, but it soon becomes impossible to use. It was working fine on July 13, when I used it extensively. It also seems to work fine using Safari, but, you know, who wants to use Safari.
