I just re-installed the latest version of Thunderbird for email handling. (Ver 128.4.3) It is used by myself and my wife on our desk top. When she logs into her account and tries Thunderbird, it works just fine. When I'm logged into my account and open up Thunderbird Email, it asks for my password. Here's where things get cloudy. I enter current password but the program does not recognize it. I have gone out to Microsoft hotmail and changed it... and Thunderbird might work for a day, two days or only hours, than when I go to check my email again, it does not recognize my password. I check my email on my phone, and a Google tablet, so every-time I change the password on my desktop computer, I have to go out to these other devices and change them also, sometimes for just hours. For years Thunderbird worked fine on my computer, and on my "side" of the login, but in the last couple of months it has started this "password" problem. Could I have something on my computer in my settings that is causing this, and not causing this when my wife uses Thunderbird under her account. I love the program, but am now looking at other programs to handle my email unless I can get this fixed. I could use "Windows Explorer" if suggested to delete a file off my computer to "Fix" this. Just let me know what can be causing this please. Thanks in advance. John Drake j-w-drake@hotmail.com
