Hello everyone!

When I click on a PDF file download link, it opens in a web page with the address starting with "blob:" and I can't download it. The file also doesn’t appear in my Downloads folder.

I’m on iPhone 13 Pro with IOS version 18.5. The version about Firefox is 142.1 (60552)

Wow, I have asked this question at least 10 times now. I'm hoping this time I'll get an answer. Since last week, for some reason i all of a sudden can no longer log into my hotmail and outlook accounts. When i click on "hotmail sign in" located in my book marks, the log in page will not come up. The page seems to flash several times and then i get an emblem telling me "I cannot long in. Try again later". This has been happening for several days now. The only way i can check my email is either from my iPhone or a different browser than Firefox. Why won't Firefox allow me to log in?

My Firefox on iPhone has a malware that pops up a box urging me to call a phone number (which I won’t do) about a payment. It has Cancel and Ok buttons, both of which trigger another box from the dialer containing the same phone number. I cannot get to the FF settings or escape from that page because the pop ups immediately come back and reload the page. The site looks like appleinstantsupportpays[.]z13[.]web[.]core[.]windows[.]net. All of the online advice relates to FF on Windows or Android. How do I clear the malware from my phone?

Hello, the recent update which changed the positions of the “tabs” and meatball menus, as well as eliminating the homepage button, has made navigating the browser features much less intuitive. The now seeming lack of the option to return to my homepage from an open tab is quite frustrating.

This isn’t a bug or anything, just one long-time user’s experience and opinion. Thank you for your time!

After the recent "upgrade," the share menu is gone.

A developer response in the App Store comments said it should be in the hamburger menu.

I've attached a screenshot of the entire hamburger menu.

I also cannot find any setting to add to the menu.

Why do they keep moving or removing this functionality? I can’t figure out how to send a tab to another device. There’s no option anymore on the “…” menu and I don’t see where else it could be.

Does anyone know how to do this on the new version of the iOS app?

I would like to set up Firefox on my iPhone together with DuckDuckGo as the default search engine. My goal is to improve both privacy and browsing performance while making sure I can adjust content settings (SafeSearch levels, HTTPS-only, tracking protection, etc.).

I have searched repeatedly and cannot find a way to turn on vertical tabs in Firefox for iOS — iPad specifically. Everything I find seems to refer to Mac.

Trying to leave as many of the tech bros as I can. I have come back to FireFox. Now I need to add Duck Duck Gob to my start up page. Also Google just keeps reinserting itself.

自分はiPadでFirefoxを使用しています。以前は常時画面左上にホームページに飛べるボタン（事前に設定したURLに飛べる家の形をしたボタン）があり、大変快適だったのですが、最近のアップデートによってUIが変更され、そのボタンが消えてしまいました。これによってかなりこのアプリは不便になり困っています。また、常時画面右上にあったブックマークしたリンクが並べてあるところにアクセスできる星型のボタンも消えてしまいました。これは運営が意図した変更なのでしょうか？他のユーザーもこの変更には困っていると思います。もしよろしければ、以前のようなUIに戻していただきたいです。また、これは要望になりますが、ブックマークしたリンクが並んでいるタブを開いてブックマークしたURLにアクセスしたときに、それを押してもそのブックマークタブが画面から一旦消えることなく恒常的に画面に表示されるようにしていただきたいです。そして、sprit viewを使用しているときにブックマークタブからブックマークしたURLに飛ぶとき、一旦そのブックマークタブを閉じないとサイトをスワイプしたりタップすることができなくなるような仕様にはしないでいただきたいです。常にブックマークタブが画面のどこかに表示され、常に画面に出して置けるようにUIを改善していただきたいです。よろしくお願いします。

Trying to sync Firefox on a Win11 desktop and an iPhone 11. The menu on the iPhone does not have a “Sync and save data” to tap. I can’t get to “ready to scan”. To hold my iPhone over the code. Suggestions appreciated.

The new tab page is amazing on iOS but if I disable the four options on settings>support the tab page rolls back to the prior version using the old layout without that beautiful animation. Thanks.

Running the latest Firefox iteration on Mac, OS Sequoia 15.5. After the last recent update my bookmarks have vanished. I can only find a very outdated set related to an old profile (going back at least two years). There are no files anywhere in the library when I tried to follow instructions for restoration (most of which apply to Windows), and I can't find any backups. Is there a way of accessing and restoring the most recent backups or the original file in this situation?

NB is it possible that the update overwrote my profile with a new one? -- snapshot of the profiles on file attached. bit9ck45.default-release is the current profile; the other is the very outdated one.
