windows start icon and bottom screen bar missiing

Hello, The bar at bottom of my home screen is missing. The whole bar is gone. This bar had the windows icon with start-up menu, Power, button etc. That bar also included date and time, and other features. Once, I clicked the bottom of the screen and it came up for one second, but disappeared. How can I retrieve it? Thank you for any help you can provide.

The layout of YouTube was different from before. In the past, after the YouTube video was over. The MAIN WINDOW within YouTube page would showed two rows of recommendations. Now there is only one row with great amount of black-out space at top and bottom. Any suggestion to tune it to the usual two rows?

RoBoform sent me a notification that my master password may have been compromised and advising me to change my master password. I did change my master password, and now RoBoform won't accept either my old or new master password, so the app becomes unusable. How can I fix this?

Blasted Federal Government keeps changing the rules Cannot get in they blame M/FF

The Government has to keep changing. "for our Security". We have accounts with the Veterans Affairs medical stuff for our medical stuff. NOW we had to move to Login.Go… (আরও পড়ুন)

The Government has to keep changing. "for our Security". We have accounts with the Veterans Affairs medical stuff for our medical stuff. NOW we had to move to Login.Gov or another website. It was horrible, but I FINALLY got the Olde Marine & Myself 2 Different accounts (i.e. 2 different email addresses) in Login.gov. VA has continued making changes & since Friday I can not get into "My Healthy Vet 

i.e. I go through the steps & when I type in the e-dress & password MY PHONE SHOULD RING with a numeric code.  Once I type in the Numeric Code, I can continue to scramble around trying to access our pharmacy or our 'care team' in the VA system.

I watch the screen, nothing happens. I wait for the phone call nothing happens. I look in my email box & there is a message from Login.Gov that a code was sent to me. NOPE.

I have no idea why. as a cat like nosy person, I am always needing to know why. What is wrong? Is it the government & if so forget it as they most likely won't answer the phone. Is it Charter Spectrum? Is it Mozilla Firefox? (whine) I am beyond my paygrade here. Please someone who can talk to olde Phartes... MAYBE this could be SPECTRUM/Charter??? They are a royal pain in the tush. sending mail to spam that is not & ignoring that I tell them it is real; changing font sizes when I am typing; & other crummy stuff.

I calld Yahoo for help my emails are not up to date, there is Any Desk which lets them control my desk top how to remove it?

I called Yahoo, my emails are not up to date, they installed Any Desk and I cannot get it off, what to do?? Please and thank you.

on Win 11 desktop, Passsword Manager disappeared. Attempted to reinstall via online help but no success. Have repurchased Ultimate Security, but don't see a way to reinstall Password Manager. Without this app am a bit disabled. Have any suggestions?
