I have albinism. Pure white backgrounds are not an annoyance – they cause physical eye pain and trigger migraines. Every time I visit support.mozilla.org or accounts.firefox.com, I am forced to endure #FFFFFF with no way to change it.

To anyone about to defend Mozilla blindly: this is about accessibility and eye pain, not brand loyalty, so do not silence me.

What Mozilla has done:

• Disabled extensions (Dark Reader, Stylus, Dark Mode) from modifying these pages – they are explicitly blocked by Mozilla's own Content Security Policy.
• Removed ui.systemUsesDarkTheme and layout.css.prefers-color-scheme.content-override from having any effect on these sites – they ignore prefers-color-scheme entirely.
• Left no about:config toggle to disable the forced light theme.

The only remaining workaround is a userContent.css hack with filter: invert(1) – which requires a visually impaired user to manually edit CSS files and restart the browser. That is not accessibility – that is hostility.

Security excuse – debunked:

• "We block extensions for security" – extensions are sandboxed. Blocking them on your own support pages is a deliberate policy choice, not a technical necessity.
• "We want a consistent brand appearance" – branding does not override accessibility. Forcing #FFFFFF on users with light sensitivity is a violation of basic inclusive design.
• "We respect prefers-color-scheme" – you do not. These two domains explicitly override it.
• "Users can just use Dark Reader" – you block it.

What I demand:

Make support.mozilla.org and accounts.firefox.com respect the system prefers-color-scheme media query. If you insist on light branding, add an official dark toggle in the site header – stored in a cookie or account preference. Stop blocking extensions from applying user‑chosen themes to your own sites. That is not security; it is control. You are a non‑profit that claims to value accessibility and user control. Your actions say otherwise. Fix these two domains. No CSS hacking should be required for basic vision safety.

My eyesight5 is pretty bad. I'm trying to make the display fonts quite large (32), but nothing seems to be working. The settings allows me to select a font and set the size from a pull down list, but nothing changes. Presentation and functional operation should be isolated from each other as possible.

I'm using a Galaxy22 and have T/b for Android installed and ready to go. I've followed all the directions to import everything from my T/b on my desktop, which is the latest as I do automatic updates. But when I open T/b for Android, I see something called "unified inbox" with absolutely nothing in it, just a blank screen and a "compose message" icon on the bottom right. Where's my stuff? Please help! I can't handle Samsung email anymore, it won't send out any messages.

Just updated to 152 on Android (152.01 to be precise) and no page summarise features are available - not showing in the settings page, when using the menu (3 dots) on a web page and no shake to summarise either. No shake to summarise gesture under customisation or page summarise under ai controls either.

My language is normally defaulted to system (English NZ) but changing to English UK or Enlgish US doesn’t fix this.

It hasn't been highlighted as a release that's region locked:

"Page summaries: Get key points from long articles with a tap or shake. Now available to all users in English."

Any ideas? A bug?

Is it possible to access Settings>Accessibility>WebsiteContrast to quickly turn it on and off, by setting it as a bookmark (or quick access) rather than having to click settings and search for it each time?

Can you let me know if this is possible, or possibly add it in a future update if it is not?

I know that there are extensions that allow you to do this, but I am wary of using too many extensions because they can be a privacy vulnerability.

After click, Ask a question, a banner pops up saying my post is awaiting approval by a moderator. Why? What did I do or say that appeared so negative as to require approval first? IMO, it takes time for a Mod to mod it. Then it goes out for some people to see. It's not good for business if there is no wait time, and it a waste of time, if the problem asked, has a answer in a holding pattern, that goes in to a holding pattern again if/when the Post is permitted. Very odd..

My late husband's oid Mac Mini crashed during a power outage. Firefox is fine but TB says that the inbox is being used by another something and to wait to use it. I can't open it. I noticed that the World Clock widget includes Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) but does not provide an option for Indian Standard Time (IST). This is surprising given that India has one of the world's largest internet user bases and a significantly larger population than many countries currently represented.

India operates on a unique UTC+5:30 time zone used by over 1.4 billion people, making it one of the most widely used time zones globally. The absence of IST while neighbouring time zones are available feels like a major oversight and reduces the usefulness of the widget for Indian users and anyone who regularly works with Indian colleagues, clients, friends, or family.

Please add Indian Standard Time (IST) to the World Clock widget as a standard option. Its inclusion would greatly improve the widgets global coverage and usability.

I had to turn off Norton VPN to use Thunderbird as my email client for the Comcast email service. Is there any strategy to allow Thunderbird to work through a VPN? I use the POP protocol and keep all saved messages (hundreds) on my PC, not on the email server.

Hello everyone, I am noticing a strange visual issue since today on my Android device. There is a persistent thick purple outline around the last active tab in the normal tab overview/tray.

Is anyone else on Android 16 or Version 151 experiencing this UI bug? Any known workarounds to force-disable this outline? Thanks!

I have been using this system since 2008 through a company called Bluewave. They are shutting down at the end of May and I need full service for everything but main email. I need to talk (like on the phone) to someone who can help me in some way. I am not computer savvy so please have someone patient. To install a Windows 10 update (I'm on extended support) I told it to update & shutdown. I fired it up this morning and Thunderbird is asking for credentials. It usually just runs & downloads emails. I enter my password, then a code from authenticator app. It shows the page below in an embedded browser window that has a checkbox and an "Agree" button. I check the box but the Agree button is still disabled. Dead end. I cannot connect & I'm stuck.

Hi there. I'm looking for a shortcut that takes me from the folderlist pane to the message pane and the first new message, when I'm on the inbox folder. The tab is not good. It moves between to many fields/options.
