Keep getting pop-ups from networkrush.co.in and speednetworkdevice.co.in both of which are identified as malware. Any way to block them?

Thunderbird. When I move an email it does not go to the new folder, it disappears. Ctrl-Z (in the same session, only) will bring the message back.

This is a serious and fundamental problem for an email reader. And there is no direct channel for getting help with such a fundamental problem.

The messages are not misfiled, they do indeed disappear. Thunderbird 115.11.1 (64-bit) on Windows 11 Pro 10.0.22631. OUTLOOK does not do this with the same mail accounts.

I have been successfully accessing my icloud account with thunderbird on Windows 10 for years and then on Tuesday (June 4th) it went weird. All I am left with is thunderbird's cached inbox e-mails. If I try to update the list of new e-mails, it just sits there with no errors reported. If I try to read some cached e-mails I can see the full text. (I am setup to always read plain text), but for some, I just get whitespace. I see "myname@icloud.com connected to imap.mail.me.com..." on the status line for most folders, but some just clear that status message.

Hi, I opened my email this morning and all was fine. Then I checked spam etc, and went back and my inbox is completely empty. I'm not tech savvy, so I have no idea how to fix this. Could anyone help please?

For years I have used Firefox as my preferred internet browser, and most of the time it's OK. Recently, however, when trying to log on to my bank accounts, I get the message "Log on error. You need to enable cookies in your browser to logon to Internet Banking." How do I do this? In the meantime I am using another browser and can log on successfully there.

Hi, I don't know if this is a problem or not, but my Inbox says I have 2 unread messages but I can't seem to find them. They usually show up in bold to alert me that they are unread, but I cannot find these messages at all and don't know where to look for them. This happened once before and I discovered that they were embedded in a thread that someone had replied to but didn't show up to where I could easily see it. I had to search through all my threads to find it. I am only having this problem on my computer running Windows 11. My ipad shows everything as being read. Any help would b appreciated. Thank you,

Just lately after decade plus of using Firefox I am getting computer hung up, nothing running but Firefox with 7 tabs open. That is how I been running FF for years, same 7 tabs open and no problems until a coupler months ago. I am on Windows 10 64 bit current with May updates, 12GB main memory, Intel Core i5 @ 3.20GHz, 500 GB WD HDD. The task manager right now is showing 49 FF processes running. All is well right now, but maybe by end of day or tomorrow it will hang up. Right now Virtual memory is set at 14838. I have it set at automatic manage paging file. My hard drive has 281 GB free space. Below is a warning error I see when FF hangs and sends in a report.

BTW I am on FF 126.0

I cannot log in to Thunderbird since my computer was hacked but is now fixed. Email working using Zimbra thru my internet provider. Program opens fine but will not connect to my internet provider as I do not have password that works. Very valuable to me to get up and working again. Help very much appreciated! Terry

All of a sudden, my pages appear in Spanish. When I go to the Translate Page tab and change it from Spanish to English, part of the page still appears in Spanish.

The default language is English, so I don't know how or why it's coming up in Spanish.

I think that I need to completely uninstall TB Something went wrong on one of my computers, and it couldn't connect to the server. It works on my other computer.

I decided to uninstall TB that had the problem. I did that, but when I reinstalled it, it had all of the same settings and problems. I used RevoUnstaller. because it said When I reinstalled it, all of the stuff and the problem were back.

What is the best way to fix this?

When I am on YouTube's website if I click (or right click) and of the other YouTube video links Every link on the page opens up. This doesn't happen if a use any other browser.

I used to use Thunderbird exclusively, but GoDaddy dumped my three main mailboxes into Exchange Server; even with Owl, Tbird could only be used for one of them, so I was forced into Outlook for those accounts. But I kept Thunderbird to use with the non-GoDaddy mailboxes. However. I did not remove the GoDaddy accounts from Thunderbird, as I was busy. Now, when I click the Thunderbird icon on my taskbar, Outlook comes up instead. Ditto when I enter Thunderbird on the start menu! It's not even my normal Outlook, which has my main three mailboxes. but an Outlook that shows only the least-used of the three. How do I get Thunderbird back? And when I do, how do I delete those three mailboxes from it?

Firefox browser not working right. I can change about 3 screens than it just spins back & forth it wont chage half to close & open back up to get it to change crome dont do that & the slide bar on side dont work when you change screens wont go back to top poor service fixing it

I can't do batch delete or move from the Inbox. It will only do one file at a time, despite the fact that several are highlighted.

It is also repeatedly trying to download a few thousand files to the Inbox. It gets to the number of files, then hangs, then starts to do it again (except each time it's fewer files to download). I don't know if the two problems are related.

This is an utterly bizarre issue, and I don't know if it's my fault. On most web page I go to, when typing in an input field, each time I press A, whatever my mouse cursor is hovering over is clicked. This is extremely annoying and inconvenient. I may be searching google when I'm redirected back to the google home page. I might be typing in duolingo when the question is suddenly submitted and I am marked incorrect. It's a major inconvenience and I have no clue what could be causing it. It's only in firefox, not any other browser. It's only in web pages themselves, not in the url bar.

Up until a month ago, I was able to download gifs from the giphy.com as actual GIFs. What has changed in Firefox and how can I troubleshoot this so I can get the desired file format of GIF?
