확장프로그램을 설치했는데, 원래 대로라면 브라우저 상단 주소창 옆 도구 모음에 설치한 확장프로그램의 아이콘이 나타나야 하나 나타나지 않고 있습니다. '도구 모음 사용자 지정'으로 들어가서 직접 추가하려고 해도 추가할 수 있는 아이콘이 나타나지 않습니다. 이 외의 방법으로 사용할 수 있는 방법을 아무것도 찾을 수가 없는데 대체 어디서 어떻게 찾아서 어떻게 사용해야 합니까?

i installed a add-on program however this icon for using is not shown on browser's menu bar. there is not on personal setting, so i cannot find how do myself. wat should i do?

Hello, about 1-2 weeks ago a very strange problem occurred - on some pages videos don't play at all or play without a sound. Can anyone help me with this strange situation? For example, every video on youtube.com plays without a problem; on facebook.com every video plays with no sound at all; on some other pages video doesn't play at all. This problem is only with firefox, if I try to open the same videos with another browser everything is fine.

I hve discussede the matter with my banks IT-department, but they answer me that recently they have heard about the same problem concerning Firefox login and said that the problem have to be fixed by Mozilla/Firefox

Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra running latest Android update and latest Firefox update. I set Firefox as my default browser. I have un-installed all updates for Samsung Internet and removed all permissions for it. Disabling it is greyed out. Some apps that I use have links to websites. Too frequently, when I go to one of those links, the intro screen for Samsung Internet opens. Then, when I look at the settings in Firefox it is no longer set as the default. Then I set Firefox to default and go to my phone settings to see that Firefox is selected as the default. If I open the previously mentioned app and choose the web link, Firefox will open. But somewhere along the way, the default changes back to Samsung Internet and it's a vicious circle. I have posted in a Samsung forum but haven't gotten a reply that solved the problem. Please help. When I click on "Bookmark current tab," the small bookmark window opens as usual. But if I then click on "save," nothing happens. The bookmark does not get saved anywhere and the window does not close. Likewise, if I click on "cancel," nothing happens and the window also stays open. Only if I click somewhere outside of the bookmark window does the bookmark get saved and the window close. This has happened only in the current and previous version of Firefox. How can I fix this?

I'm using FF on a Mac Mini, Sonoma, and for the last few days FF doesn't open in the same position it was in when I closed it. When I open FF it's about half of the size it was when I closed it. I then drag a corner to the size FF I want, but this is a very new issue.

The Lower Toolbar is quite handy, with for example Roboform.

Unfortunately, the way it's implemented, it comes above the lower part of the browser window, instead of being inserted at the bottom while the browser windows height is reduced.

That hides the search box when you type Control-F.

It would be nice if this could be addressed in a future release. I am using Firefox Developer 127.0b2.

Is there a way to make the Nav Bar flush with the left and right margins of the browser?

The way it is now, the margins are a bit too much inward, not reaching the ends of the browser window, which makes the buttons on the ends (Back and Hamburger) too wide, as can be seen by the wide highlight when hovering over them. This makes the end buttons rectangular instead of square.

In FF 88, these buttons were flush with the left and right margins of the window, making all buttons on the Nav Bar square.

I'd like all the Nav Bar buttons to be perfectly square and symmetrical. This apparently requires adjusting the left & right margins of the Nav Bar... or is the Nav Bar just too short causing it to stretch itself to the ends of the window? I'm not sure.

The blinking screen is on ebay but it just keeps on blinking. I have tried other programs and it only happens with this one and only with ebay. Thoughts?

This is my Mac Monterey. My Windows 10 is in Safe Mode With Networking. The last update will not download. That version is 125.0.3. What's available under Windows updates does not download either. Now I am running my antivirus on my Windows to see if it runs clean. I do not know why I cannot apply these updates.

When I use google meet, I regularly get feedback that I sound far away, despite being at a normal distance from my computer. If I switch to another app, like slack, the issue doesn't present (so it's not an OS level issue). I'm using firefox on m3 macbook pro.

What can I do to fix this issue? Or do I have to stop using firefox?

I'm using bandlab to link me and my friends who are hundreds of miles away to make music. Firefox and all browsers crash a lot with a "high memory usage" alert. But these are pretty big projects. I have 32GB RAM, this thing is crashing at much lower RAM levels than I would like for it to use. like 1GB seems to be the limit (i dont know that number if its exact or correct)

Is there any setting where I can INCREASE memory usage so I dont lose work from random crashes due to memory usage?

My firefox disappeared after i found out someone using Windows 7 used my hotmail account address.I dont know how to rectify this and get my firefox back and change my email address with both Mozilla and Microsoft Outlook

I have enabled my new Theme but it keeps defaulting back to my old Theme. I have tried closing Firefox and opening new tabs. Opening a new tab also changes it back to the default theme. I have sent an image of the old theme. The new theme is Aurora Australis. And the second image shows this Theme enabled. What gives? Carl

I recently had to reinstall Windows, as a result of a hard drive issue. This involved reinstalling Firefox from scratch.

As such I had browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash set to false, but browser.sessionstore.max_resumed_crashes was still set to its default value of 1. The combination resulted in a browser restore after a crash...

This would seem to imply that browser.sessionstore.resume_from_crash has either been deprecated (though that is not mentioned in the knowledgebase article), or it is not being correctly interrogated in the code. Unless I am missing something, and I do not want to go thru the entire config to see what else I might need to set...

If I am reading this wrong, please let me know if there are other entries that need to change from default. In the event of a crash, I want the browser to start with my home pages, NOT restore.

Currently on FF 125.0.3 (64-bit) - and yes, I know there is an update waiting for me to restart my browser yet again...

For some reason, the bullets used to hide a password are not rendered properly in Firefox. As shown by the first uploaded image, they are displayed as big white-filled circles.

This problem does not occur on chromium-based browsers, as shown by the second uploaded image, which is a screenshot taken from chromium, on the exact same session.

I have already done the following:

• verified that the "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of your selections above" box is checked in my preferences. I have also tried disabling and re-enabling this option
• launched FF in troubleshoot mode to disable extensions and hardware acceleration
• verified that gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled is set true in my about:config

All of these attempts however failed to solve the problem.

This problem is occurring on a fresh install of a Linux distro, so I first thought that I might be missing some fonts, but the problem might lie somewhere else since the symbols are properly displayed in chromium-based browsers.

Hey there. To get straight to the point, whenever I am watching a YouTube video on Firefox in full screen, every so often the screen goes black then slowly fades back in. I have no idea how to fix this issues and it is not my computer that is causing it (doesn't happen on other browsers, my computer was tested for a variety of problems and nothing was wrong, etc). I have also looked through Firefox Reddit help pages and the support articles on the Firefox support website but have found nothing to help. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated! When I click on a new tab, I get this black Google Search page, which I want to go to open my homepage. When I click on home, it does open my homepage. The image is attached. Any help on how to get rid of it would be appreciated. I do use New Tab Override, but it doesn't seem to be working.
