I use ver 9.01 firefox. A search engine Baidu keeps appearing as the default search engine. Despite repeated removing from the search engine plug engine this keeps returning when I restart the next day. Appreciate your help to get rid of this nuisance/

I am using firefox 9.01. I have one search engine 'google' on the rh side. Without my installing or consent another search engine BAIDU keeps appearing there as default. Despite repeated attempts, I am unable to get rid of this. Attempts include removing the plug in, deleting the affected directory, etc. the next day when starting up, the plugin reappears.
