Can't download Comcast emails but can send emails

After tried many suggested steps to trouble shooting the problems, it still can't download Comcast emails. It keeps pop up "enter password" or "password failed" again and again. But I can send emails. I can't upload the trouble shooting information file to send. Thanks

it is not a file, it is something you copy and taste into a message on the forum. I suggest you paste at least the first half of it as it contains relevant account settings and antivirus products in use are shown. They by the way are the major source of mail receipt problems, not Thunderbird and not mail providers. Antivirus products

Thanks your reply. I reset network setting with command netsh winsock reset That solved the problem and I can download Comcast email now.
