Can someone help. I have lost all my bookmarks and passwords when MS did a windows update. I lost all my programs as well

Hi there,
Have you used Sync? If so, you should be able to sign in to your Mozilla account and pull your data from the cloud.
Also, please check if you have any Firefox profile folders or the Old Firefox data folder.
