cant add a second account
Hello , I am currently trying to add my second email address to my thunderbird. But it keeps freezing. How can I solve this issue? Thank you.

Disable account hub in Settings/General, then add the account from ≡ - New Account - Email (which includes a manual.config. option).

Disable account hub in Settings/General, then add the account from ≡ - New Account - Email (which includes a manual.config. option).
I found the following works. Open your Thunderbird email, then open Settings ( bottom Left corner of this page, it's a wheel shape). Under Account Hub ( experimental ), uncheck - create account in the New Account Hub, then click on Account Settings, ( bottom Left corner ). On this page click on +New Account in the bright blue box, ( top Left ). Fill in Your Existing Email Address, ( this is the email address you want to add to your Thunderbird account. Choose Configuration, either IMAP or POP3. I used IMAP and seemed to work. Phil
