You cannot use a Word document as a signature. Only image (jpg, gif, png), text or html files.

You cannot use a Word document as a signature. Only image (jpg, gif, png), text or html files.
Settings/General/Lang. & Appear., Advanced, set the fonts with Fonts for: Latin and repeat with Fonts for: Other Writing Systems, uncheck 'Allow messages...'.
