All of a sudden a few weeks ago I started getting news feed notifications. WHY???
How can I get it to stop?

I only wish that someone can talk me through the process. The link brought me to a place I had already have seen. AND I can find the place to begin. I don't know what a push is and I can't find settings in Fire Fox.
