Updated to beta and file structure is broken, need help to recover

I made the mistake up upgrading to the latest beta, not realizing it would convert my datafile to a different format and you can't go backward. I have done recovery over the years, but all the help refers to the old formats. Opening TB just causes it to hang. I have a large thunderbird file with a lot of files. I thought maybe a folder that I use a lot was too large so I tried splitting it in 2 but it has been unable to sync those since I moved them. Instead my whole computer hung and it turned out 400+MB was being taken by a folder which gets created when a folder can't finish compressing, but I had no choice but to delete that because my computer wouldn't function. In the past when a folder wasn't working right I would delete the folder index file and it would rebuilt the index and re-built that folder. Now all of my folders have mozmsgs but only some have sbd's. And the new folder isn't even there, although it's showing in my TB app when it opens.

I need to know what types of files I should delete in order to have my folders re-sync to the server.

for the problem that you are using a beta version i advise you to install a full version of the software i will send it to you so that it will be fine again with the version that will update itself on your machine and the beta version will disappear .

the settings will also recover. regarding the folders you have shared on you will have to use them again

arrange and, for example, have to paste again and or import them to your renewed Thunderbird software.

Following these steps it prevent you from crashing or hanging. Uninstall the version that is running at the moment at the dashboard. Reinstall the full new version of Thunderbird.

Problems with Thunderbird and the repair folder function. After trying to hit the repair folder button again for repair. When a message appear with the error message of that situation can you send me picture of that pop up or message field?

Use a good antivirus turn on windows defender. Clean up your pc. With ccleaner for example.
