I can move the entire screen around using my touchscreen (on a Dell laptop) but I can't drag and drop. I used to be able to move tabs with my finger and also I could reposition tiles in Words with Friends. When I try to do either the whole page moves and not the parts. Everything work fine if I use my touchpad but not my touchscreen. On my desktop the touchscreen drag and drop works fine, but not on the mozilla browser.
