You appear to be using TB 64beta, and it has been stated that virtually all add-ons, apart from Lightning and Provider for Google Calendar, are not yet compatible:

If you were to revert to TB 60, the release version, I expect you would find many of your add-ons to be compatible (or can be forced to work).
