Signing in just lead to unexpected error

Hi i just reformatted my windows 10, tried to sign in but it just leads to unexpected error. My email does get some mail about confirming my sign-in, which also leads to another unexpected error from the verifying side.

At the moment there's a Sync "Unexpected error' explosion going on.
