Cannot sign in to sync account

Firefox on my Windows 10 PC is not signed in to my account probably due to a crash. I am unable to sign in again as an 'Unexpected Error' is reported.

Another PC was signed in so I signed out and tried to sign back in. The same issue arose.

Is this a problem at your end? If not, how do I resolve please?

hi, yes there is currently a general ongoing service outage affecting logins with firefox accounts. mozilla engineers are aware of it and working to resolve it. please try it again a little bit later & sorry for the inconvenience!
