There are odd color blocks while I broswe. How do I get rid of this?
Even while I type the question and details, there is a constant changing of colors behind the text. The colors do not appear on the home page, only while browsing. Nor do they appear in any other app. Samsumg Galaxy Stellar Android 4.1.2

Someone enabled the developer tools Paint Flashing option in Firefox.
- with Firefox open
- press your phone's menu button
- select settings
- select developer tools
- uncheck paint flashing
