Can I "re call" an email I accidently deleted from the deleted folder?

I was trying "on forward" an email and I highlighted the majority of it to delete and when I "entered" the whole email deleted and went to the deleted file. I again tried to "on forward" and again highlighted the majority to delete but suddenly it all deleted from the deleted file and I need to get it back

tried undo. Edit menu (Alt+E) > undo.... or Ctrl+Z
