I used to be able to use chatstep with no problem. I am using Windows 10. Maybe 3 weeks ago or so suddenly, when I dropped an image into the chat, I got error code 713 image cannot be downloaded. I also cannot receive images from others. I used Windows Edge and I was able to download an image without an error. Therefore, it must be firefox. I also turned off my antivirus and firewall and nothing changed. I tried changing most settings on the page information and that also did not help.

Any ideas?

Does it work?

unless I did it wrong, no. Just for fun I did the reset of firefox, that did not work. Then I made a new profile. That did not work either. I am unfortunately very busy so sorry for the slow reply.

I am curious as to why that would work? What does a new profile change that might be causing the error? If you know and are willing to share that, I would appreciate it. However, given my lack of time I am just going to use edge for situations like these. Or chrome. Thanks very much for your help :)
