Where did 'Allow Once' go in allowing desktop notifications?
Until recently, when a website wanted to show desktop notifications, I would get a popup allowing me to pick 'Allow once' and 'Allow always' (or whatever the correct translation is, I'm using a Dutch version of Firefox). I always pick 'Allow once'. But since a short while (maybe since Firefox updated to 44?), the option 'Allow once' is gone, and only 'Allow always' is left. Where did this option go and how do I get it back?
