I've been trying all day but whenever I try to access about:preferences, I just can't seem to access it. Is there anyway to fix this issue?
Whenever I attempt to access Options on Firefox I keep getting directed to a problem loading page instead of the usual pop-up window. I can't even access my passwords or anything now and it's beginning to frustrate me beyond belief.

Don't worry, the normal preferences dialog still works perfectly. You can switch back to it by going to about:config and disabling browser.preferences.inContent
