The first image I attached shows how the Firefox UI bar appears on my Windows 7 Laptop, while the second shows how it appears on my Windows 10 laptop. In Windows 10, the bar is mostly tinted white, while it isn't in Windows 7. Can someone explain why that is? Is there a setting somewhere that controls this behavior? The theme I'm using is "Dark Fox", and both browsers are configured basically the same. I'm hoping I can change the tint to how it appears in Windows 7.
