Unable to add 50kb images, not sure why that is.

Kaspersky Total Security 2016 has detected this malware but cannot process it nor can it say in which subject or sender the bug was found other than to give this path: C: Documents and Settings\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\cxcxcx.default\Mail\pop.earthlink.net\Inbox//P.Enquiry.zip//... Kaspersky Support has degraded to to a point which is both disturbing and useless. Can anyone advise me? This is occurring simultaneously on two Win7 Professional x64 boxes.
