I reply to an email which has attachments in the message window, then add my own attachments in the proper attachment window, and I always get an error message that the email can't be sent. This seems the be the only consistent link to emails not sending. Otherwise send/receive is working fine. It doesn't say anything about file being too large or anything. Thanks
