Everything seems to work normally, but when I update a password it doesn't seem to work. Firefox keeps using the previous or older passwords, no matter how many times I try to update my passwords.

I'm not sure how to fix this.

Are you using private browsing, or have set Firefox to a custom not remember History setting, or maybe are using password related security software or addons.
