Hey Support people, 

    Hope you can help, I have been using the above mentioned process for many years and it still works using this desktop > Win 7 , i5 processor and Internet Explorer ( which is not my default ) . Firefox works properly on my laptop > Win 10 , i7 processor.  I have Win 7 on my desktop because it is easier to navigate doing my post processing and editing..old habits are hard to break.
