my fire fox crashes and it tells me looking for a solution and it closes,what can i do?
when i go into facebook or just waitting for it to loud up it tels me windows is looking for a solution and now it will close and it contineus over and over and it is slow and freezing a lot,i have clean, re loud and refresh i have done it all but still there, same problem , what can i do?

This could be cause by a corrupt add-on in your browser.
In order to troubleshoot this we'll need you to disable all your add-ons/extensions by going to:
1. Click on the "Menu" button on Firefox 2. Click on "Add-ons" 3. Click the "Disable" button on the side of each add-on
You can then relaunch Firefox and see if the issue still persists.

Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crashes.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
