almost every time I am accessing sites I receive Mozilla Firefox - (Not Responding)
I've recently had to replace the hard drive on my laptop. I had to re-install Windows 10 as well as downloading the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. It has been very slow responding to requests for almost everything and I keep getting the phrase mentioned in the question above. Even when I reading something on a site, this response keeps coming up without my trying to hit any keys. Even writing this It's interrupting my typing with the same problem, as it does when I am composing e-mails. There are no related problems with my Broadband connection which on checking is working at a download speed of 20. Also no problems with using mobile phone access, although Firefox is not set as default on that.
Any ideas please?

please try to disable/uninstall the easyphotoedit and skype extensions that you have currently installed and see if this is making a difference.

hello, could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...
If you need me to copy & paste the raw data, I will but the length of the whole thing was over 10,000 characters, so didn't send both that & text together. Thanks for the assistance.
