open the help tab but cannot close it no X to click
When I use the firefox help tab then open the about window it opens but I cannot close it no X on the about page.

<Control><Shift>W to close the current window. There should be a close button. On the tab and the right corner. When did this start?

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
