I recently rolled out Mozilla Firefox to my company. It works fine on 99% of the PCs but i got a few that every time they launch firefox they get the following error:

XML Parsing Error: no element found Location: chrome://browser/content/browser.xul Line Number 1, Column 1:

I cannot even click options or anything, it is a blank window that launches when i click firefox icon with that error message.

After a bit of research online, someone mentioned it may be a profile issue (profile located in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla) I noticed that when i delete that whole mozilla folder, i can get firefox to launch. As soon as i x out of firefox and re-open it get the same error message again. I can keep deleting that folder to get it to launch (folder is recreated with every launch if you delete it first) but obviously that will not work for my staff. Any ideas? the first 2 pages of google search yielded nothing at all .
