Had trouble over yr ago and diagnosed as graphics lost. They (outsider) downloaded, reloaded, several tmes to get working but I lost adobe flash and perhaps other items wasn't using at time. I could still my screen behind a filter type screen...hard to describe. They had not seen that before. Diagnosed as when did an upgrade from Windows, firefox would not accept. I have tried many times to download this and says install but will only do if accept McAfee security system. I do not want McAfee as have AVG and understand not good to have to 2 systems. Is there a spot in Firefox controls to reinstate adobe flash? Makes difficult to pull up additions to emails at times, some types of attachments etc. Appreciate you assistance. Not to checked out on the technical parts of computers like my grandkids!!
