This has just started today

I am running Windows XP Professional. This only happens in AOL mail.

We keep getting the following when message when we go into AOL mail. https://z.moatads.com/advertis…&zMoatDevice=1_device_category:37 (The last number changes sometimes, to a 9, or 16 or 37)

We are running the latest version of Firefox and the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

All of the malware and anti-virus checks have been run on the computers.

All of my cookies, temporary files and registry have been cleaned.

From searching, this is obviously something that other people are also fighting.

How do we stop/fix/remove this?

IE works fine. If we cannot get this solved, I am having Firefox removed from every computer in our company.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Thanks for the quick response.

First, the issue still happens when I start Firefox in Safe Mode.

Second, I have checked my plug-In folder in Firefox and I do not see and/or cannot find anything about Netscape.

How do I find and remove the Netscape plug-ins? I even looked in add/remove programs in the Control Panel and there is nothing about Netscape anywhere I can find.

I did find the add-on "NoScript" and it has helped me some. I still cannot identity what is happening or which folder/program is causing the issue, but at least I can make the AOL Mail work.
