In full screen, I have a few (~4) useless pixels at the top of the screen.
During the latest installation of windows updates, I closed Firefox and reopened it. It then had this annoying line of pixels at the top the screen. They do not respond to clicking or right-clicking, and interfere with my muscle memory (I am used to raising the cursor as high as it will go to change tabs).
How can I get rid of them?

It isn't the title bar. The title bar automatically disappears in full screen. That said, I found out that the problem was with one of my add-ons. I reset firefox, and the problem is gone.
Thanks for the attempt to help, even though it wasn't useful!

I believe you can remove the Title bar in the "+Customize" Menu. Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars
