how do I restore tabs from a older session?

I had to shut down my computer a couple of times and I did not re-open the tabs from the last session

how can I retrieve them?

Press Alt or F10 to see the menu bar, click on the History menu, then Restore Previous Session

Thanks but it only gets me to the last session and I did not re-open it so I have a blank session. I need to go back 2 sessions.....
